Ingredientes para quatro pessoas:
- 300 g di bucatini
- pomodoro sammarzano freschi o pelati q.b.
- 1 peperone dolce rosso o giallo
- 2 spicchi d'aglio
- 1 peperoncino
- olio extravergine di oliva
- origano
- basilico
- prezzemolo
Modo de preparo:
25 minuti per la preparazione + 12 minuti per la cottura.
Far soffriggere nell’olio gli spicchi d’aglio tagliati in quattro; quando cominciano ad imbiondire, toglierli ed unire i pomodori a pezzetti ed il peperone tagliato grossolanamente. Alzare la fiamma ed aggiungere al sugo l’origano, il peperoncino sbriciolato, abbondante basilico.
A parte friggere dopo averli infarinati gli zucchini tagliati a rondelle. Cuocere la pasta al dente in acqua salata, scolarla e condirla col sugo, le zucchine fritte ed una spolverata di prezzemolo.
